Application

For short term courses please fill out the application form and submit it to the Glass Furnace. If you don't have access to the Internet, you can fax the attached hard copy form [in MS Word Format | in PDF Format] to +90 (216) 433 30 21. Application and payment deadlines for each session will be noted along with the course descriptions.

A nonrefundable application fee of EURO 20* in Turkish Liras is required in order to complete the application procedure. Method of payment could be either credit card or money transfer to the account, 'Garanti Bank, Kavacik Branch, Account Number: 6297222 (Branch Code: 389)'. If the payment is made via money transfer the receipt should be attached to the application forms. Please indicate on your application form your second choice among the courses in case the course of your first choice is not available. If you are applying for more than one course, please submit a EURO 20* nonrefundable application fee for each course. Final confirmation will be sent to your address. The deadline for the deposit is indicated seperately for each course. As soon as the deposit is paid, registration is considered complete. The applicants will then be expected to make their full payment by the deadline indicated. For your inquiries, please write to us at apply@glassfurnace.org. Cancellation Policy

For the two-week-courses, if cancellations are made before two months prior to the first day of class, all payment minus the bank transfer costs is refunded. For any cancellations made before one month prior to the fist day of class, 2/3 of the deposit and for cancellations made before 10 days prior to the class, ½ of the education expenses is refunded. No refund will be given to cancellations made within the last 10 days before classes start. Should the number of applicants be insufficient for a certain course to be held, the Glass Furnace reserves the right to cancel the course in short notice. If that circumstance should arise, a full refund except the non-refundable application fee will be available. If the applicant cancels the course, the amount to be paid back will be transferred after deducting the bank commissions and fees.

Long term courses:

These are courses without accommodation. The method of payment for the courses can be found in the description of each course.

Short term courses:

The fee for these two week courses are EURO 750* or EURO 900* depending on the class attended. This fee includes catering services and some of the materials the student will need in class. The accomodation fee of two week courses is EURO 600. Breakfast and dinner is included in this fee.
